Our Condo...

Our condo has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. It comfortably sleeps six with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a bunk area, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. The unit also has two full baths, a breakfast bar, and separate dining area. The fully-equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, built-in microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender.

Relax in comfort and style with two rocker recliners and a queen-size sleeper sofa. Kick back from a day at the beach and enjoy the view of the gulf.

Enjoy some popcorn while watching the 32" cable television with premium channels, including 7 HBO channels, or pop in a DVD or VCR tape and watch a movie.

If you're in the mood for some music, there's a stereo with CD and tape player.

If you brought your laptop, you can surf our wireless internet free of charge. There's even a Nintendo GameCube with a variety of games for the kids.

Kitchen...

The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need, including stainless steel appliances, built-in microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender.

Enjoy meals at the pineapple-themed dining table and chairs or enjoy a cup of coffee at the breakfast bar.

Master Bedroom and Bath...

The elegant palm tree themed master bedroom and master bath provide a cozy retreat. The master has a KING-SIZE bed and a 27" cable television with a combination DVD/VCR player.

Bunk Area and Second Full Bath...

The kids will love the bunk beds.  They are also large enough enough for adults. The second full bath is off the main hallway and provides a large marble shower with a seat.

Balcony...

Enjoy the breathtaking view from the balcony. Relax on our comfortable wicker style furniture and watch for dolphins.

Seychelles has three high speed elevators to quickly get you from our condo down to the pool and beach.

Rates and Rental Information...

11% Sales Tax and a $75 Cleaning fee will be added to all bookings

Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover are accepted.

Additional Rental Information:

1. • No renters under the age of 25
   

2. • Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 10 a.m. Central Time
   

3. • This is a no pet, non-smoking condominium
   

4. • $250 refundable security deposit due at booking.
